 “Magic Corner” or “Sweet Corner” in Agia Roumeli concerns  a secluded, tranquil area on the far west side of the village, specifically associated with the Mashali Sweet Corner Rooms & Restaurant. secluded area at the far western end of the bay. While the main beach directly in front of the village (Gialos) is often crowded with hikers from the Samaria Gorge, the western “corner” offers a much more tranquil and private experience.
This spot is considered a “magic corner” because it offers a more private, quiet, and relaxing experience compared to the main, busier beaches closer to the Samaria Gorge .
