Booking and Annulation terms

BOOKING  and PAYMENT CONDITIONS

for house direct rental

BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY

With you booking you accept NOT ONLY following details,which are valid according international rules of
Tourism,but also you follow all the steps,which are given for to make your reservation !

 Deposit for booking: At reception of our confirmation, you pay by Bank transfert or Paypal
the 20% of total amount as guaranty over your reservation TO THE OWNER DIRECTLY

Final payment: On your arrival, the rest of amount 80% has to be paid TO THE OWNER DIRECTLY

In annulation from your part , deposit is refunded (exept bank expenses) completly as follows:
100% before 30 days prior arrival
0% within 30 days prior arrival

 Extended stay expenses due to COVID case is covered by the customer.

Insurance:  for any personal injury or damage is made by the customer

On arrival day: reception hour is AFTER 12.00 pm hours on your arrival day , and the place has to be free BEFORE 11.00 am on departure day.

The rental is under self-catering condition ( no breakfast ).But at your arrival ,in the kitchen ,you will find -offered- all necessary for a breakfasts for next mornings ( coffee-milk-orange-juice,butter,bread,marmalade, etc).

Included:  bed linen and towels accordind to the number of persons.
General cleaning:  and change of linen-towels is INCLUDED at every 4-5 days.
