Surroundings:
A small village 25 Kms from Chania town and 44 from CHQ international airport.
Very close there is a supermarket, ATM, a taxis, bicycle and car rental and various taverns with fish and traditional recipes.
A small playground is right next to the apartment ideal for families with young children and  free public parking.
Almyrida has two sandy beaches, fully organized with umbrellas, sun loungers and a lifeguard, while there is also a third pebble beach just before the village. Almyrida’s beaches are awarded a blue flag every year , which shows that the sea is clean and that the beach offers the necessary safety devices and customer service facilities.
Activities: As in Almirida is a center for many activities in UCPA, there are activities offered like the discovery of the country.
Windsurfing – Sea kayaking – Stand-up paddle – Climbing –
Snorkeling.

The House: 90 sq.m each  with 2 bedrooms.

On 1st floor with a private entrance,  there is  a fully equipped open plan kitchen and bathroom, with a dining area in living room.  There is also a satelite-tv set with dvd player.Outside there is a large veranta with extra table for 4, and nice view to the beach and the sea.

There are 2 bedrooms. One with double bed  , and the other with 2 single beds.  In living room there is an extra sofa bed. Both bedrooms airconditioned, sharing a  full bathroom./wc where the washing machine is.
Wi-fi is provided free of charge.

Outside : small garden, Barbecue to share with next door house.
