Elles sont tout autour, sur la partie ext\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;\u00eele, \u00e0 des distances entre 3-10 km. Comme la plage voisine de Loutra (Bains) Plakas, elle poss\u00e8de des sources chaudes, mais sans toutes les installations. Il faut environ 3 heures (10 km) (temps de marche effective) ; elle aboutit \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de bus, sur la route EMPORIO-FIRA (la capitale).<\/p>\n<p>Instructions: \u00e0 partir de 9-10 heures du matin, prendre un taxi ou le bus pour VOTHONAS .. Une fois l\u00e0, aller \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9glise au d\u00f4me bleu, o\u00f9 commence la marche. Vous continuez vers le haut, pour le village de Pyrgos, vous passez \u00e0 travers champs et vieilles \u00e9glises, pour arriver au sommet de l&rsquo;\u00eele, au monast\u00e8re de Profitis Ilias (\u00e0 570 m\u00e8tres). De l\u00e0, toute l&rsquo;\u00eele repose \u00e0 vos pieds, vous avez une vue globale de la caldera et du volcan \u00e0 gauche, la mer Eg\u00e9e \u00e0 droite, et toutes les \u00eeles environnantes<\/p>\n<p>REMARQUE: \u00a0La porte du Monast\u00e8re de Profitis Ilias est ferm\u00e9e entre 13-17 heures (midi).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les routes du vin de Santorin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les rares choses que le sol volcanique de Santorin peut produire, le vin domine. Dry wine , pleasant yet discrete floral and fruity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinsanto<\/strong>:\u00a0 World famous from ancient times \u00a0wine , made from\u00a0 \u00a0grapes \u00a0of\u00a0 Assyrtico , Athiri and\u00a0 Aidani varieties, \u00a0that have been dried in the sun for\u00a0 1-2 weeks . They are then crushed and let to fermentation and then aged for a minimum of 24 months in oak barrels. \u00a0So balance the high sugar content to produce an extremely palatable drink that can be paired with a variety of foods.<\/p>\n<p>Especially in the Venetian empire, predominantly in the eastern Mediterranean, it was a unique product of Santorini which could travel on ships for a long time without losing quality and taste. Departures start from FIRA \u00a0port ( gialos ,down from the capital through \u00a0cable cabins) and OIA port( ammoudi).<br \/>\nYou can swim if you like \u00a0on the stop \u00a0of boat in Palea Kameni where are the hot sulfur springs, and on second stop in\u00a0Nea Kameni , you can walk very close to the edges of craters.<\/p>\n<p>a tip for sailors : Fishermen and captains \u00a0always \u00a0prefered to make a stop for a day or two\u00a0and moorage \u00a0over the poisonous waters over the volcano.
